Professional Level Mentorship
Professional Level Mentorship is limited to eligible artists who have attended at least one of Tina’s oil painting workshops, online workshops, mentorships or class and successfully applied using this application link. This helps Tina get to know you and ensure that Tina is confident that you are ready for what she is offering through mentorship and will be tailored to your needs. This is not a one size fits all art business course, this is a one of a kind mentorship tailored specifically to you.
No matter where in the world you are located, each discussion/demonstration is done via Skype or Zoom. This allows Tina to use specific tools and apps to visually demonstrate each lesson on your computer screen so you can screen shot and video record and save and reuse your lessons for your convenience.

Professional Level Mentorship:
After participating in a Tina Garrett workshop or mentorship, you may be eligible for Professional Level Mentorship where Tina will help you craft your professional development including goal prioritization, task assignments for your online presence, collector and model communications and overall business and studio work habits. Tina will assist you in developing your public communications, creating revenue streams that are tailored to your strengths and help you create business processes that you can manage and grow in the long term.
Only 2 Professional Level Mentorship spots are available annually. Mentees drive the pace and progress of their mentorship based on the time and seriousness by which they invest in their own work. Tina will accept mentees who's appear to be most invested in their own learning and progress.
Professional Level Mentees should be prepared to commit to meeting with Tina on Skye or Zoom at least once a month for 2 hours each month for six months and should be prepared to do extensive homework including online research and steady email communications with Tina throughout the month.
All levels may be mentored for as many months as is practical and affordable to you and for as long as Tina feels she can be affective in your artistic growth. You may discontinue mentorship at anytime, however there are no refunds when discontinuing and all Mentees should coordinate their Mentorship Hours with Tina to be scheduled at a time easy to commit to, and keep, and be prepared to do as much of the recommended work as possible. (There is no refund or rescheduling for missed appointments.)
If requested, Professional Level Mentorship can be kept confidential, however, Tina happily sings the praises of the great teachers who have shaped her art and business and is thrilled when you tell other artists about your experience as Tina’s student or mentee.
