In Person Private Lessons at Tina's Studio
THIS OPTION CAN BE SPLIT BY UP TO FOUR ARTISTS WANTING TO SHARE THEIR TIME TOGETHER WITH TINA (SEE PAYMENT OPTIONS WHERE INDIVIDUALS CAN SPLIT THE $1800 PER DAY FEE.)
Tina offers private lessons in her home studio on a limited basis. Artists spend the day with Tina as she assesses your current work, helps you tackle specific painting techniques and helps you develop a plan to advance in your pursuit of mastery. Individualized demonstration, intimate Q&A on any art topic and are shared throughout the 6 hours of lessons and one meal.
Lessons are available to adults only and scheduled by availability. 5 hours of instruction & dinner out together at one of Tina’s favorite local haunts are included. We will have a wonderful time! Time slots include 1pm to 6pm with dinner.

Private Lesson Etiquette:
Communicate the topics you wish to cover in your lesson, and send images of your current work the week ahead of your lesson so that Tina has everything you need here including models, props or photos. You may tailor your Private Lesson to any topic you like including but not limited to: learning the fundamentals of oil painting, color mixing, painting children, understanding composition, how to make your portraits look more realistic, understanding edges, Photoshop, portfolio creation, any art creation topic you can image! I am excited to help you reach your goals!

You are purchasing a full day with Tina and that day once scheduled is reserved for you, therefore advance payment at the time of scheduling is required and there are no refunds or rescheduling for any reason. Please do not schedule a private lesson with Tina if there is a chance you cannot attend. If you cannot attend, your only option is to find another artist to purchase your spot from you. If in the rare case Tina were to cancel, a full refund will be issued and you will receive a special gift from Tina for the inconvenience.
The lesson time schedule is flexible but it will begin at the agreed starting time. Please arrive on time.
Private lessons happen at Tina’s home studio where light refreshments are served and lunch or dinner out together is included. Please communicate any food allergies, via email, in advance.
Parking: Please park along Douglas Street in the Northbound lane and enter through the Red Round Front Door. The door will be open 10 minutes before the starting time. Please do not park on 6th Street or on the Circle Driveway.
Out of town artists: Kansas City International Airport is 40 minutes from Tina’s Studio. Uber and Taxis are readily available and there are several local B&B’s and hotel options in Historic Downtown Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
